This policy explains how HumanizeRAI (humanizerai.work) handles information when you use the writing editor, create an account, or contact support. It applies to the website and the services described on it.

Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect the email address, name if you provide one, and a password hash used to secure your account. We do not store your plaintext password.

Writing-editor requests

To provide an editing result, the service processes the text you submit, your selected tone, the resulting text, word counts, request time, and an IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. For registered users, this information is associated with the account so the dashboard can show recent activity. Text stored in usage logs is limited by the service and should not include confidential or sensitive information.

Support messages

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional subject, message, and submission time so we can respond and prevent abuse.

How we use information

• Provide and secure the writing-editor, account, and support functions.
• Apply request limits, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
• Display account usage and recent activity to the account holder.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted writing to claim authorship of it.

Service providers

When the live AI-processing integration is enabled, submitted editor text is sent to OpenAI to generate the requested revision. OpenAI processes that request under its applicable terms and privacy practices. The service is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes network and operational data needed to deliver the site. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with these service providers.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The site uses an authentication cookie for signed-in accounts. It is not used to identify you to advertisers. Analytics and advertising scripts are disabled by default while the site is under review and no advertising is currently served by HumanizeRAI. If we later enable Google advertising or analytics, we will update this policy and provide the notices and consent controls required for the affected visitors before doing so.

Retention and deletion

We retain account details, support messages, and usage records only for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account history, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@humanizerai.work. We may need to keep limited information when required for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures such as encrypted HTTPS connections, password hashing, input validation, and rate limiting. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, payment details, private keys, or confidential third-party information through the editor or contact form.

Children

HumanizeRAI is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information for a child without the authorization required by applicable law.
