What this tool is for

The editor can help you revise a draft for clarity, tone, flow, or concision. It is useful when you already understand the subject and want to make an explanation easier to read. It is not a fact checker, a source of authority, or a substitute for the thinking and review that a reader expects from an author.

Every generated revision should be treated as a suggestion. Compare it with your source material, keep the changes that are accurate and appropriate, and remove anything you cannot support. A polished sentence is still wrong if its claim is wrong.

What this tool is not for

Do not use HumanizeRAI to hide prohibited assistance, evade an academic integrity process, make another person's work appear to be yours, or deceive a reader about the origin or reliability of content. We do not claim that a revision can determine, change, or guarantee the result of any third-party evaluation system.

If your school, workplace, client, or publisher has rules about AI use, those rules take priority. When the context calls for a disclosure, state the assistance plainly and accurately. • Use AI assistance to improve clarity and expression, not to misrepresent who did the work.
• Check facts, sources, quotations, figures, and important claims before publication or submission.
• Follow the rules set by your school, employer, client, platform, or publisher.
• Do not enter confidential, personal, or restricted material unless you have the authority to do so.
• Disclose material AI assistance when the context or applicable rules require it.

Build a review step into every workflow

Start from your own notes, brief, research, or experience. Give the draft a clear purpose and audience. Then use an editor for a limited pass, such as simplifying a paragraph or adapting a formal tone. Before you use the result, verify claims, check the original sources, and make the final decision in language you understand and can defend.
