Acceptance and the service

By using humanizerai.work, you agree to these Terms of Service. HumanizeRAI provides an AI-assisted writing editor that may suggest revisions for clarity, tone, and flow. The service is a drafting aid. It does not verify facts, provide professional advice, certify authorship, or guarantee an outcome from any school, employer, client, publisher, platform, or third-party system.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before you use it.
  • You must verify facts, citations, quotations, links, permissions, and claims in your final work.
  • You must follow applicable rules on AI use, attribution, and disclosure set by your school, employer, client, publisher, or platform.
  • You must not use the service to impersonate another person, misrepresent authorship, deceive a reader, or evade an academic-integrity or other evaluation process.
  • You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, confidential without authorization, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Current usage limits are described on the Access and Usage Limits page and may be enforced by the application. Paid self-service subscriptions are not currently available; no payment is collected through the site today.

Content and intellectual property

You retain responsibility for the text you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Do not submit another person's private, copyrighted, or restricted material unless you have authorization. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your request, operate the service, maintain account history, prevent abuse, and provide support as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, usage limits, or access to protect the service or comply with legal obligations. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Save important work outside the service before relying on it.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HumanizeRAI disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for your final writing.
